10 stars out of 5 to the personnel! They were all just too nice at the reception and in the restaurant. Location 20 m from the sea is great. The rooms are not too modern, but fine, and it was very clean. The only disadvantage was the noise from the street at night sometimes.

A lovely hotel in Benidorm's old town. From the second we got here the lady on reception was wonderful, my Spanish isn’t that good unfortunately, but she also spoke English which we really appreciated and are very grateful for. All staff that we encountered throughout the hotel were friendly. We were in a room without a balcony but the option to swap rooms a day after we arrived was given. We declined this as we spent all days exploring and only needed the room for showers and sleep but the offer was very much appreciated. Breakfast was lovely and a good selection to chose from. Room was absolutely spotless and beds were comfy. Perfect location for the beach and exploring Old Town. LGBT bars and cafes a five minute walk away with Tapas alley about the same.
