Your room will be available from the official check-in time, which is 4:00 pm. If you expect to arrive at Hotel RH Sol after 6:00 pm, we recommend informing the hotel in advance so that reception is aware of your arrival.

What are the restaurant opening hours at Hotel RH Sol?
The usual restaurant opening hours are as follows: breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and dinner from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. As these times may vary depending on the season or hotel operations, we recommend confirming them at reception on arrival.

How does the birthday discount or birthday code work?
The birthday promotional code is sent by newsletter on the day of your birthday to registered customers who have enabled promotional emails. It is valid for 7 days from the date it is sent and can be used on new bookings for stays taking place within the following 12 months. The code may only be used once, for one room only, and does not include additional services. It cannot be combined with other offers or RH customer benefits. Are drinks included with half board or full board?
Not generally. On Half Board and Full Board stays, drinks are usually not included unless specifically stated otherwise, such as house wine and water for guests over 60 in certain establishments and rates. If the hotel offers an All Inclusive option, the drinks included will be detailed in the terms and conditions of that board basis.

Is there a free transfer service for Hoteles RH guests?
Yes, this service is available for certain guests who have booked directly through the official Hoteles RH website and meet the established conditions. To arrange it, you must log into your account using your email address and password, access your current bookings and locate the transport section to request it. The transfer must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. In Benidorm, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required for airport transfers and 6 nights for train station transfers; in Calpe, the minimum stay is 6 nights. One suitcase per person is included and extra luggage may incur an additional charge. There is no service on 25 December. Transfers from Alicante Airport operate 24 hours a day, while transfers from Alicante train station are available from 9:00 am to 8:10 pm. Some journeys or times may not be free depending on the type of service.

Does Hotel RH Sol have parking?
The hotel does not have its own parking facilities, partly due to its excellent location in the centre of Benidorm. However, there are several private car parks nearby where you can park conveniently. For safety reasons, electric scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor may they be charged or parked within the hotel facilities or in the outdoor areas.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
Yes, bookings made through the official Hoteles RH website include free cancellation up to 72 hours before 12:00 noon on the day of arrival, always subject to the conditions of the booked rate.

Does the booking include free medical assistance insurance?

What are the benefits of registering as an RH customer?

Can I complete online check-in? Are groups accepted?
Yes, you can complete your online check-in through your personal area on the Hoteles RH website, which is a very practical way to speed up your arrival at the hotel. Regarding bookings, groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted under individual booking conditions, nor are stays related to hen parties, stag parties, celebrations or similar events. Several individual bookings that actually form part of the same group will also not be accepted.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. As a general rule, check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Although the official check-in time is from 4:00 pm, the chain tries to have rooms ready earlier whenever availability allows.

Do I need to include babies and children in the booking?
Yes, all guests must be included in the booking regardless of age. This includes babies, children and adults. The hotel needs to know the number of occupants and their ages in order to assign the correct room and check whether a cot or extra bed can be provided. For booking purposes, a child is considered to be up to and including 12 years old; from that age onwards, the adult rate applies.

What should I do if I do not receive the booking confirmation email?
First, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If the booking was confirmed on screen and you have a reference number, you can check the details and download your voucher from the “My Bookings” section on hotelesrh.com by logging into your account. Are pets allowed at Hotel RH Sol?
No, pets are currently not allowed at Hotel RH Sol or at most of the hotels in the chain. The exception is Estudios Vinaròs Playa, where pets are accepted under specific conditions and with a pet kit included. At that property, the supplement is €15 per kit per day, and it is advisable to check in advance if the pet weighs more than 15 kg.

How many rooms can I book online as a maximum?
The online booking engine allows you to book a maximum of 4 rooms per reservation. If you need more rooms for your stay, you will need to contact Hoteles RH directly for personalised assistance. Bookings for stag or hen parties or large celebration groups are not accepted.

Is smoking allowed inside the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed on terraces, in outdoor areas intended for food and drink consumption, or in children’s areas. This measure is intended to protect non-smokers, especially minors and more sensitive guests, and to provide a healthier environment during your stay. The hotel may have a specific area designated for smokers.

What is the Low Emission Zone in Benidorm and how does it affect Hotel RH Sol guests?
The Low Emission Zone (LEZ) is an area regulated by Benidorm City Council to limit vehicle access, circulation and parking in order to improve air quality. Hotel RH Sol is located within this zone, like other RH properties in Benidorm, so guests arriving by car will need to arrange the relevant authorisation. For this purpose, the guest’s details, vehicle registration number and check-in and check-out dates will be required. If a vehicle enters without authorisation, the municipal control system may issue a fine. The information published by the hotel is for guidance only, and the regulations depend exclusively on Benidorm City Council.

What is a restricted traffic area and how can hotel guests access it?
A restricted traffic area is an urban area in Benidorm where access is limited to authorised vehicles. In the case of Hotel RH Sol, guests may enter with their vehicle to drop off or collect luggage. To do so correctly and avoid penalties, they must provide their registration number to the hotel staff during check-in. The hotel will register these details on the municipal platform to process the corresponding access permit. The management and control of these areas depends on Benidorm City Council.
